I hare the honour to tranaait to you,
herewith, a copy of a note-verbale from the Persian
Ministry for Foreign Affairs, enclosing, for service
upon Bagher Abdul Latift a resident in Muscat of
unspecified nationality, of a notice in respect of
certain judicial proceedings in the Persian Courts.
