Memorandum
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Imperial Government
has the honour to inform the honourable Legation that the
Ministry of Justice have sent to this Ministry under cover of a
letter three statements issued by the ’’Adlieh” (Justice) in
Bushire to be served on Agha Sheikh Ahmed, the Vali of Kuwait
with the request that the service of the same may be effected
on the Sheikh through the British Consulate-General in Bushire
who are in relations with Kuwait.
The documents in question are sent herewith with the
request that two copies of the same duly signed and endorsed
with the date on which the service is effected and with a
reply entered on the column opposite may be returned so that
they may be sent back to the Ministry of Justice.
