I have been drying over the last few months
to obtain certain household eoods which are essential for me
here, but efforts to procure them in London have been most
disappointing. No linen or blankets can be bought without
dockets and what crockery is obtainab e is very ’'utility”

was faced by similar difficulties the Foreign Office sent
him out a complete set ot cutlery and crockery for 18 and
