2. Arrangements have been made for Khan Bahadur M.I.Khan,
a senior Executive Engineer who is on the verge of promotion to
the post of Superintending Engineer to visit Bahrain accompanied
by an officer from the Quantity Surv ying Branch of the Central
Public Works Department. The deputation will leave Karachi by

air on Thursday, June 26th, arriving Bahrain on the same day.
It is requested that suitable accommodation may be arranged for
these two officers during their stay in Bahrain.
3. The precise itinerary of the deputation after its
arrival in Bahrain, muot be left to you since it is dependent
