The correspondence covers: the new regulations and their implications for British commercial interests such as the Mesopotamia Persia Corporation Limited and the Anglo-Persian Oil Company; acceptance and implementation of the new regulations; translations of the regulations concerned, signed by G H Bayendor, In Charge of the Southern Naval Forces of the Imperial Persian Navy.
