Sir,
I am directed by Mr.
Secretary Eden to inform you that,
as the result of the transfer to
Egypt of the King of the Hellenes
and the Greek Government, His
Majesty’s Embassy have been
established at Cairo. Certain
of His Majesty’s Representatives
abroad have accordingly been
instructed that telegrams intended
for Mr. Leeper, His Majesty’s
Ambassador, should be addressed
’'Leeper Prodrome Cairo”.
2. I am to suggest that the
Secretary of State for India may
wish to take similar action in
appropriate cases.
