“Reference to Cox’s telegram No. 633 II. Arms and ammunition in
question were despatched from here some weeks ago ostensible for Ispahan
wiiere they should have arrived by now. Some were drooped here and
there on the road. Perhaps Consul-General, Ispahan, could ascertain their
present whereabouts. Addressed to Tehran, repeated to Basra, Bushire.”
