of the Karachi Custom House, Mr. Mohd. Ismail is however
prepared to proceed on deputation on the terma mentioned
in paragraph 5 of the letter from the Collector of Customs,
Karachi, No. 8/39, dated 13th January 1939, (copy of which
is forwarded along with its encloaux^e)* Mr. Isiakil whose
experience is executive rather than administrative, is a
Class-II officer with six year's service*
