by Secretary Sir E. Grey to transmit to you the accompanying
draft of a memorandum, respecting the Hoharanerah frontier,
which it is proposed to communicate to the Turkish Ambassa
dor. Sir E. Grey proposes to add this document as an annex
(ho. 3) to the memorandum respecting- the general negotiations
id in the Turkish Government.
He would be glad to be furnished with the observations
oi the Secretary of State for India on this document at the
earliest possible moment.
The maps are in course of preparation. Beyond the
