Your Express Letter of 7th January, No.9693-N/43*
Request of Persian Government for assurance that they
would be permitted to open new Consulates in the
United Kingdom and India should they wish to do so*.

assurance on general grounds and are no longer making
it conditionfbr acceptance of Bandar Abbas Consulate
arrangements, which question has now been satisfactorily
