With reference to your despatch Bo. 68, dated
6th April 1933, I am directed to state that a draft
contract together with ferro copies of the rolling stock
and details of plant and equipment to he sold to the Persian
Govern ent, is at present under preparation in the Railway
r-epartment of the Government of India. I am to add that
the Government of India see no objection to furnishing the
draft contract subject to the reservation suggested in
paragraph 5 of your despatch T ^o. 255, dated 13th December
