the reopening of the consular post at
Isfahan, I am directed by the Secretary
of btate for India to invite attention
to India Office The department of the British Government to which the Government of India reported between 1858 and 1947. The successor to the Court of Directors. letter No.Ext.6884/41 •
of 1st November, from which it will be
seen that the G-overnment of India have
already agreed to bear a moiety of the
expenditure sanctioned by the Treasury
in connection with this post.
