Cable and Wireless Karachi, has received telegram from
Berne that Persian Government refuse to accept telegrams
to or from Bahrain. Local Persian Telegraph office
are so far transmitting Bahrain telegrams, but may
refuse to do so at any moment, in which case I shall
be cut off from direct communication with Bahrain and
the Senior Naval Officer through Bahrain Radio.
