of financial irregularities discovered in course of the
audit of the Kuwait accounts for your information.
(1) The
Political Agent

November 1921 supply bills for Rs.915-9-9 whereas a sum of
hs.915-9-5 only was credited by him in his cash account for

Rs .0-0-4 in the grand total. The closing balance was
consequently shown less by Rs.Rs.0-0-4 than what it should
have been. This mistake has since been rectified by the
