been moved to MAHABAD in Kurdestan. It is understood that a small garrison
of some 200-300 troops dll he sent from Kurdestan to Ramadan. ..ocoruxn^ ou

irmenia. One visit of special interest was made by the Russian Consul to
the British Readin- Room when the attendant was asked whether certain
improvements, /hich had been proposed by the British Vice-Consul a few months
a mo, were to be carried out. These suggestions were made to the proprietor
