Wo doubt if definite facta could bo shbplied from secret
sources and supported by evidence which could be produced
if the facts alleged wero challenged, it would be an
excellent thing to lay thorn before Taimurtache. You will
however, understand from the foregoing that such evidence
is unlikely to be available, and we must therefore be
careful not to volunteer statements which we are not in a
position to prove.
