Correspondence connected to the murder conviction in the Tangier International Zone of British subject, Ramchand Tarachand. Much of the correspondence is interdepartmental, between officials at the Foreign Office, Home Office, Colonial Office, and India Office The department of the British Government to which the Government of India reported between 1858 and 1947.
