we can obtain an import certificate, Messrs* Heinz are able to
despatch these articles from their works in Canada and we shall
be grateful if your Honour will issue the necessary permit in
order that we may import these provisions,of which there is almost
nothing in the market here*
All the necessary forms are also attached herewith,
including the recommendation from the Customs Director & Port
Officer.
