We are in process of ordering through our London Office certain

London Funds, for transmittal by them to Portugal and Spain in the same

by the Bank of England.
We have been requested (refer copy of letter attached) to secure
your own consent to the required procedure, and would appreciate a letter from
you, which we can send to London, confirming your willingness to have such
arrfingaments carried out on the present shipment, and also on any future similar
