Dear Bel grave,
Please refer to your D.O.No.2467-9A, dated
the 27th September, 1948, to Pelly, regarding the
old P.R.O. flat.
2. I am grateful to His Highness for allowing
my staff to occupy the house. I should be glad,
however, if the following repairs could be done
before it is leased:
(a) construction of two lavatories, and
bath rooms repaired. The house has
no lavatory.
(T) minor repairs to the electricity
fittings.
3. Pelly, on his return, will reply to you
regarding the rent.
