Copy of a telegram from Consul, Sistan, to Trade Agent, Kuh Malik Siah, dated the 10th
April 1916.
Please tell Khan Muhammad Khan Narui that Ismailzais have raided
Sardar Leader of a tribe or a polity; also refers to a military rank or title given to a commander of an army or division. Khudadad Khan’s flocks at Kuzegu and Haiderabad.
I wish him to take his troop of 50 men to Dehaneh Baghi and co-operate
with Major Heron and Captain Bennett in punishing raiders very severely.
All our troops at Neh, Bandan, Baring and Girdi, I hope, will assist in
