Lieutenant Wickham, 39th Horse, and Captain Farran, 4th Cavalry, are
being placed at our disposal for employment with Sarhaddi and Sistani Levy
Corps. After consulting with Dyer as to how these can best be employed,
please issue orders for them to Officer Commanding, Bobat, to whom, they have
been instructed to report themselves.
