The Director of Military Operations presents his
compliments to the Under Secretary of State for foreign
Affairs and, with reference to Foreign Office Letter No.
16000 to the India Office The department of the British Government to which the Government of India reported between 1858 and 1947. The successor to the Court of Directors. of May 16th, 1912, a cony of
which was forwarded to Brigadier-General -ilson, would be
glad to know whether it would be possible to include a
representative of the War Office on the Committee which it
is observed it is proposed to assemble, in order to
discuss the Turkish reply on the question of the Bagdad
Railway and cognate matters.
