Any person who attempfts to commit! or abets or attempts
to abet the commission of an offence or offences punishable under
Article 2 shall be punished in like manner as if he had committed

Any person who has entered Kuwait before the date
on which this Regulation came into force, without complying with
the requirements specified in Article 1 of this Regulation, and
who, on being called upon, does not produce satisfactory
evidence that he has visible means of support, shall be liable
to be removed from Kuwait, and any direction or order for such
removal shall be deemed to be an order to which the provisions
of Articles 24, 25 and 26 of the Kuwait Order-in-Council are
applicable.
5. This Regulation may be cited as "The Kuwait Passport
Regulation, 1947."
