Visas for Persons proceeding to Muscat.

With reference to the circular despatch from this
Department of the 10th M arch, 1932, I am directed by
Viscount Halifax to request that visas to enable persons to
proceed to Muscat should be signed “ on behalf of the
Muscat Government.” No reference to any letter
authorising the visa should be inserted in the passports.
