The Trading with the Enemy (Specified Areas) (No. 6)
^ Revocation Order, 1941, dated August 19,1941, made by
the Board of Trade.

Whereas by the Trading with the Enemy (Specified Areas)
(No. 6) Order, 1941 ( a ), it was ordered that the provisions of the
Trading with the Enemy Act, 1939 (2 & 3 Geo. 6. c. 89), should
apply in relation to Syria and the Lebanon as they apply in
relation to enemy territory.
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order should be
revoked.
Now therefore the Board of Trade in exercise of the powers
conferred upon them by Section 15 of the Trading with the Enemy
Act, 1939, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf
do hereby make the following Order: —
1 . The Trading with the Enemy (Specified Areas) (No. 6)
Order is hereby revoked.
2 . This Order may be cited as the Trading with the Enemy
(Specified Areas) (No. 6) Revocation Order, 1941.
