Action bv Iraq authorities would be required which I do
not think that they would be willing to take.
2. I understand from the Director-General of
Railways that Iranian (Persian) authorities are now pressing
for the release of the remaining five coaches and I an
therefore taking the matter up with Minister for Foreign
Affairs to ascertain whether Iraqi Government will be
prepared to delay such release.
