2. As in such cases it is necessary to obtain the assent
of His Majesty's Secretary of State for India in order to
satisfy the requirements of Articles 14 and 35 of the
Bahrain Order m Council, 1913, I am to request that His
Majesty's Secretary of State for India may kindly be moved
to confirm the action taken by the Governor General in
Council in the present case.
