The file contains correspondence concerning a draft agreement between the British and the French governments for the purpose of establishing certain reciprocal facilities for the operation of military flights in or over their territories. The file includes draft copies of the agreement in English and in French. It also includes correspondence regarding obtaining permission from the Sultan of Muscat and Oman for the use of the landing facilities in Salalah, Masirah and Gwadur by French aircrafts.
