Foreign Parcel Post.
(3) Opium, Morphine, Cacaine and other narcotics. This prohibi
tion does not apply to parcels of this kind forwarded for medical
purposes to countries which admit them under conditions.
(4) Any article specially prohibited by law or by customs or other
regulations from importation into the particular country or colony to
which it is addressed.
(5) Letters or communications which constitute an actual or per-
sonal con espondence, as well as letters of any kind bearing an address
other than that of the addressee of the parcel.
Note.—It is permissible fo enclose in any parcel an open invoice con
firmed to the particulars which constitute an invoice and also
a sample copy of the address of the parcel with addition of the
address of the sender.
( 6 ) Feathers or skins of all birds other than domestic birds
except :—
(a) Feathers of Ostriches.
(//) Feathers exported bona-fide as specimens illustrative of
Natural History.
