or on the covers thereof any words, marks, or designs of a
character likely to embarrass the officers of the Post Office in
dealing with the articles are prohibited fiom tiansmis.iion
through the post to the United Kingdom.

papers, and sample is 5 lbs. and the maximum dimensions fm
