18. Mr. V.A.L.Mallet, Counsellor of the Legation at
Tehran arrived in H.M.S. i, 3horeham H as a guest of the Senior
Naval Officer, Persian Gulf The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran. Division, on the 2nd March and
left the same night.
19. Group Captain Saul arrived by flying boat from India
on 10th March and left for Bahrain on the 12th March.
