Approximate dates of arrival at the various
posts on my next tour are as follows, but mpre definite
detail will be telegraphed as early as possible. Owing
to the existing difficult travel conditions in the area,
the itinerary may have to be altered and it is
anticipated that the tour may therefore be prolonged
somewhat.
Nicosia 15th December. Jerusalem 30th December.
Amman 3rd January. Beirut 5th January, Damascus 9th
January. Angora 13th January. Bagdad 21st January.
Tehran' 26th January, and to include Abadan and Kuwait.
Bahrein 3rd February. Jedda 6th February. Asmara 9th
February. Addis Ababa 11th February. Aden # 15th
February. Mogadiscio 18th February. Hargeisa 21st
February. Khartoum 25th February. Athens 2nd March,
but may be visited earlier after Angora.
