No.Fo7638/923/40 and connected correspondence regarding
the impending visit of certain Siamese war vessels to
Murhat, I am directed by the Secretary of State for India
to forward for the information of the Secretary of State
for Foreign Affairs a copy of a telegram addressed by the
Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. , Muscat, to the Political Resident A senior ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul General) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Residency. in the
