I shall be much obliged if Your Excellency would be
good enough to acquaint the British Authorities of the different
ports of oail with the above inforwatlon and to add that, as the
visits to the various ports «re for the purpose of obtntnlng
supplies only, It Is requested that all official receptions
should be dispensed with.
