1. This Order-in-Council relating to the

at the same time as this Order.
2. In the territory of all these States, by agreement with their rulers. His
Majesty exercises jurisdiction over certain persons and property. The extent
of this jurisdiction varies slightly in the different States. This jurisdiction
has been exercised under Order-in-Council made for each State or the Trucial
States group under the Foreign Jurisdiction Act, 1890.
3. The Orders were mutatis mutandis the same for each State or group of
States and have a certain unity arising from the fact that the Political
