this Order, shalp^kept open to inspection free of charge in
the Office ofthe Poffti^al Agent and of each Court established
under this Order.
(2) Printed copies thereof shall be sold in Bahrein or Qatar
at such reasonable price as the Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. from time to
time directs.
This Order shall be published m the-Gaactto t>f India
within such time after the passing thereof as the Secretary of
State may prescribe, and shall cmria,mto force on such day (in
this Order referred to as the^comftnencement of this Order),
within six months after that publication, .as the Governor
(rPnernl may, by notification .m the paid Gazette- appoint in
this behalf. ,
(2) But any appointment under this Order may be made at
any time after its passing, and no proof shall, in any proceed
ings, be required of any of the matters prescribed by this
