somewhat disturbed owing to the news of the near arrival of Sadiq Khan
Sagwand and many of the villagers and tribesmen have moved their moveable

that it is intended to reinstate Sadiq Khan as the Head of the tribe

south of the town.

There have been rumours lately that Baqir Khan and Sayyid Azizulla of

has telegraphed to Tehran requesting that such dangerous and unscrupulous
scoundrels should not be permitted to return. (Later news shows that the
Persian Government have acceded to Governor-General’s request and to the
representations of the Legation and have decided that this firebrand will be
detained at Tehran and granted a subsistence allowance.)
