Tehran Legation referring to the political situation in
the 6ulf will be repeated to Bushire, and the substance
of them will be paseed to the Senior Uaval Officer by the
Political Heel dent*
In matters of unusual urgency or importance,
when immediate action may be required by the Legation at
Tehran or by His Majesty’s Government, the Senior fiaval
Officer will repeat his telegram direct to the Legation
at Tehran, stating the fact that he has done so.
There seems no reason why the arrangements
suggested above should not be brought in at once so far
a3 concerns non-confidentiel telegrams, which probably
