Foreign Order unless the conditions stated above have

has not been gazetted it is intended that officers shall
receive restricted permission to wear their decorations.

Arrangement

At the beginning of the volume is a list of contents (folios 5-8A). At the rear of the volume is an index (folios 187-198), arranged in alphabetical order. Both refer to the original pagination.
