ions or additions in the light of any arrangements which may be
reached between His Majesty's Government, acting on behalf of the
Shaikh, and the Saudi Arab Government for the administration of the
Neutral Zone and between the Company and the Saudi Arab Government's ^
concessionaires for operations in the Neutral Zone.
