The launch with which letter to Sayed iibdur Hazzaq about
P.R’a arrival at Qatar was sent left yesterday evening for
Qatar, but now I hear from Kanoo that, owing to .the strong
wind, it anchored at Muharraq and may probably be there till
to-day noon. If the wind gets calm by then, she will start
otherwise she will be detained there further and our letter
may not reach in time.
May we wait till noon and see what happens ?
