dated the 10th oune 1926, for an extension of its charter for
2 months from 1-7-1926 and in para. 2 of the same letter he
requested that additional funds be provided in the
estimates for 1926-27 to meet the hire of the vessel for 2 more
months* in their Marine Department letter ho* 802-M., dated the
6th August 1926, r eferred to by the Government of India
sanctioned the extension of the charter and informed the
D.r.i.m* as follows as regards additional funds 5 "go As the
expenditure on the "hetravati" for the period she was employed
in the
Persian Gulf
