Becember 5th, regarding the incidence of the cost of
the vessel detailed to perform the duties normally
performed by the H.I.M.S. *Lawrence” in the Persian
Gulf during the latter T s annual refit*

the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty^ Treasury to
his acceptance, as a charge on Imperial revenues, of
a moiety of the cost involved, up to the date of the
introduction of the collection of light dues on account
