I have already informed you that Ghadir haa brought the
Baluchi to Debai but you did not hoed to ^ive ?ne an answer
and allowed bin to go away although it was not incumbent
on you to do so.
According to a trustworthy information reached me when
at Debai Ghadir had tried to sell the Baluchi and no-body
had bought him, he has tnen tried to embark him on a boat
for diving and no body has accepted him. This had happened
because people knew that I an demanding his release,
Ghadir had informed the people there that he has kidnapped
the three Baluchis from Hirah under your order and that he had
restored two o :> then so that the third should be his own
and that you have given him your covenant in the name of God
about this,
I am really very nucn surprised of this and if Ghadir
has done so under your order.

The correspondence is predominantly between Government representatives in Karachi/Sind, the Persian Gulf The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran.
