With reference to my letter of the 23*'& March aoout
direct radio telephone communication between^Bahrein and
Saudi Arabia for the two American oil companies, Sir Edward
Wilshaw has now acknowledged the letter v/e v/rote to him
informing him of what had been decided.
After expressing regret at th e decision, he spates
that he wishes to place on record that this concession r ’y 1 ^ 0
