Mr.Hingate again brings the services of Captain
McCarthy to notice, and endorses Captain McCarthy’s recommendations
of his Indian Officers. I have on several occasions expressed my

assisted by the Indian Officers attached to the force, and I hope
that the Government of India will be pleased to recognise the
services of the latter.
