بسم الأب والابن وروح القدس إله وا

حد هذه صفة بخور معجون طيب تأخذ

من العود السن الجيد رطل ونصف رطل

صندل وربع رطل سك جيد ووقية (!) ...

... و

يصلح على ما وصفنا فوق وهذا وقفت

عليه من صفة دق البخور وصلى على من أجل

الله ...
