1. Praise be to God the Most High !
I here is no doubt that when a lease is not proved and legalised the owner of the
property has the control over his property and can turn the illegal lessee out of his
property. And God the Most High knows more.

Answer—0 God, (give) success to the right and guidance to truth !
In the case that the conclusion of the agreement is not perfect as regards the
conditions, the saia lease is not correct legally and is null and void, and the lessor, who
is the ownei of the property, has, according to the Shera, the right to turn the lessee
out of his property inunediatply, and God knows best.
