It is regretted that there has/been delay
in replying to your letter of the 27tn July (PA-303).
This has been due in great measure to the difficulty
I have experienced in reconciling vour invoices with
the vouchers (your form BP-97-Rev.) this Agency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, headed by an agent. hands
over to the Manama Service Station when obtaining
supplies. These vouchers do not accompany your
invoices in support of them. Please arrange for this
to be done in future.
2. I enclose herewith two cheques for Rs. 192-8-0
and Rs. 15-2-0 to cover the payment of your following
